• Our waiting room is open and masks are optional​

• Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment, this includes children. 

​

• Due to insurance regulations, we can not allow children under the age of 14 in the studio. Please do not arrive with children as we will not be able to perform your service.  You will be charged 50% of the booked service price as the time was held for you.

​

• The minimum age for services is 14. If services are booked for a child between the ages of 14 - 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present at time of service delivery.

​

• If for any reason you are not feeling well - we ask that you reschedule your appointment as a courtesy to your therapist and other guests.

​

• We kindly request 24 hours notice of cancellation. If you do not cancel your service and do not keep your appointment, you will be charged a no show fee. This fee must be paid prior to being able to rebook future appointments.

• All services will end at the scheduled time regardless of your arrival time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to receive your service.  

​

• We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MC, debit cards and cash. We are not able to process digital/wallet payments such as zelle, venmo, cash app, apple pay etc.
